Merci HRMS is a subscription HR, attendance and payroll service operated by Merciglobal Systems Pvt Ltd. Each customer gets a separate company workspace; data is never shared between workspaces.
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, exclusive of GST. A free trial runs for the number of days shown on your plan. When a subscription lapses the workspace becomes read-only for the grace period shown in your account, after which sign-in is suspended until it is renewed. Your data is retained for 90 days after suspension and can be exported on request.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the employee, attendance and payroll data you enter, for the statutory filings you make from it, and for keeping user credentials safe. Payroll and statutory figures produced by the service are calculations based on the rules and rates you configure — they do not constitute tax or legal advice.

We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is notified in advance.
Our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Surat, Gujarat.
