How subscription cancellations and refunds work.

This policy explains how you can cancel your Merci HRMS subscription and the circumstances under which refunds are provided. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
New customers can evaluate Merci HRMS at no cost during the trial period. No payment is taken during the trial, and you may stop at any time without charge.
One-time setup, data-migration, custom-integration and onboarding-assistance fees are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
Email support@merciglobal.com from your registered address with your account/company name and the reason for the request. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Timelines for the amount to reflect depend on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are made net of any applicable transaction charges and taxes already remitted.
You may export your data for a reasonable period after cancellation. Following that window, data may be permanently deleted in line with our Privacy Policy. Please retain your own copies of payslips, challans and statutory records as required by law.
